Adecco is hiring for a Building Maintenance Worker in Ayer, MA! This is a direct hire position with full benefits included.
**Schedule** : 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday and **Weekends when needed**
**Pay rate** : $24-$28 per hour DOE
**Job Summary:**
This position must be capable of performing manual and mechanical work related to the care, maintenance, and construction of the company Buildings, related equipment and surrounding grounds, routine to semicomplex maintenance, painting and repair work. Works under the general direction of the building maintenance Supervisor and Lead, following established department general and special orders, policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities/Duties:**
+ Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
+ Repair, construct, install, remodel, and modify buildings and associated structures such as floors, walls, ceilings, concrete forms, doors, windows, frames, screws, sashes, furniture, locks, fixtures, stairs, ramps, railings, roofs, gutters, flashings, counters, paneling, cabinets, and lockers.
+ Perform corrective action and preventive maintenance regarding building systems.
+ Maintenance and repair of hardware such as locks, doors, overhead doors, dock levelers, and windows.
+ Snow removal and treatment on walks, stairs and buildings grounds.
+ Available to work on-call for emergency situations and critical needs.
**Requirements:**
+ Experience with manlifts, fork trucks, and scissor lifts.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
+ This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
