Temp-to-Hire position$16.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Saturday from 04:00pm to 01:00am)Provide building maintenance including painting, plumbing, bulb replacement, landscaping, etc.Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts & other powered equipment including greasing, oiling, cleaning, and tire replacement.Operate forklifts & powered equipmentUse hand tools, saws, grinders
Building Maintenance Helper Qualifications:
2+ years experience in facility maintenance or constructionMust be able to lift up to 70lbs.Previous experience operating powered trucks requiredMust be able to read a tape measure & accurately measure materials to cutMust be able to climb ladders & work on an elevated platformMust be flexible and available to fill in on several shifts & weekends as neededApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
