Will be working in an Industrial manufacture setting, performing general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment, and grounds. Assist in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilize skills in HVAC, chiller, boilers, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. **_In Addition:_** Monitor operation, adjust, and maintain refrigerant, heat exchangers, HVAC equipment and systems, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; boilers, pumps, valves, piping, and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment. Record readings as necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment and make adjustments where necessary to assure proper operation of equipment.
