**Job Title: Building Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
Perform minor adjustments, repairs, and inspections to equipment and facilities in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires completing preventative maintenance and work orders efficiently.
+ Regularly checking the condition of the building, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural elements.
+ Repairs and Maintenance: Fixing any issues that arise, such as leaky faucets, broken tiles, or malfunctioning equipment.
+ Ensuring the hospital meets all safety regulations and standards, including fire safety, emergency exits, and hazardous materials handling.
+ Cleaning and Sanitation: Overseeing the cleanliness of the facility, including waste management and disinfection procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
+ Complete work orders successfully and efficiently.
+ Perform minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and facilities.
+ Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of Facilities Maintenance experience.
+ Experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical aptitude, and carpentry.
+ Ability to use hand tools effectively.
+ Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with work orders.
+ Experience in hospital or commercial maintenance.
+ Strong customer service skills.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00
