Building Maintenance Responsable

Make It With Pride.** You will be accountable for the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall loss prevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics. You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. **How you will contribute** You will: + Coordinate the internal and external teams to execute the Building and Facilities Maintenance program. + Develop maintenance plans and schedules to prevent disruptions. + Monitor the performance indicators. + Integrate the continuous improvement approach in your team and your activities. + Prepare and participate in audits. + Develop and mentor the team, leading staff through change objectives and reviewing performance on a regular basis. + Provide oversight and inspection of overall factory condition and creates action plans for correction/maintenance as necessary. + Define priorities in order to deliver the objectives and goals. + Establish and maintain relationships with contractors for Building and Facilities services. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. + Minimum 1 year of experience in managing site level Facilities or related projects. + Management experience and proven leadership abilities with a strong commitment. + Ability to multi-task in a complex environment. + Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. + Knowledge of the basic principles of maintenance plan. + Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. + Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills. **Please note this position is based in our Clinceni Plant.** **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
