Building Maintenance Staff, Full Time Position

We are hiring a Full Time or Part Time Building Maintenance Staff at Eagle Landing Golf Club in Orange Park Florida!

Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for service. Building Maintenance Staff will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through overall repair and facility maintenance, grounds upkeep. Beginners are welcome to apply – while some knowledge of maintenance is preferred, and previous experience is ideal, it is not necessarily required for the position.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed. This includes competitive compensation starting at $20 an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas, including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture. Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed. Regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as required.

 

Education and Experience Requirements

A minimum high school education; or related experience or training Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job

 

Working Conditions

Frequently stands, walks and sits Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listens Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate
