This candidate will need to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the practice, methods, materials, equipment, tools, terminology and safety precautions of general building maintenance and repairs; ability to perform general building maintenance and repairs in a complete and quality manner; ability to read from sketches, drawings, plans or specifications; follow written and oral instructions; ability to estimate materials.
