Building Maintenance Tech (SC Coordinator)
Overview Current work hours: 8am to 4:30 pm (subject to change with notice) Current Work Week: Monday through Friday (Some Weekend work to support Projects) Responsibilities Preventive maintenance on building equipment Comply with all plant safety and work rules Trained and Licensed operation on a Genie Boom and Scissors Lift Work productively without direct supervision Properly maintain/administer parts supply system and PM system Proper attitude towards Quality, Safety, and Overall Productivity, including that of a team player. Must work well with others and accept responsibility for work performed Housekeeping Leave an area better than you found it Training classes/seminars in and out of plant some travel may be required Other duties as assigned by management Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
