Building Maintenance Technician
**Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will carry out necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. Responsibilities include ensuring all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards, maintaining and repairing building equipment and tools, being available for emergency repairs or issues outside of normal working hours, coordinating with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks, keeping detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work, implementing preventive maintenance measures, and working closely with the building management team to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
