Position Title Building Maintenance Technician FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Building Maintenance Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 12.94 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thur 7:00-4:30 Fri 7:00-11:00 Summary of Position This is a skilled position whose overall duties and responsibilities are to assure that the following listed duties and tasks are efficiently accomplished. Minimum Required Education A high school diploma or equivalent required.
College or Technical Service School preferred. Minimum Required Experience A minimum of 3 years experience in construction or maintenance, OR
1 Year related experience with a vocational training certificate Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in all aspects of the building trades. Must have skills required for maintenance such as drywall, tile, roofing, insulation, ceiling grid, painting, and general maintenance. Self-Starter and ability to work individually or part of a team. Must have sufficient command of the English Language to accomplish assigned responsibilities. Posting Detail Information
