What will you be doing?

Property Maintenance: Cost Control Customer Service Safety/Risk Management Self Management

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude CPO, HVAC, EPA certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property requirements. High School diploma or GED required 2+ years of maintenance experience is preferred. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment. General computer experience preferred. Current and valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
