Building Maintenance Worker
**Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker** **Job Description** As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, and preventative maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the building. + Carry out plumbing repairs and installations. + Handle minor electrical repairs and installations. + Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and functionality of building systems. + Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned. + Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage work orders and maintenance schedules. + Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs. + Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and address maintenance requests promptly. + Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in preventative and corrective maintenance. + Proficiency with CMMS for managing work orders. + Strong experience in building maintenance, including HVAC systems. + Troubleshooting skills for HVAC and other building systems. + EPA Universal certification. + Excellent customer service orientation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with installation, inspection, and filter changes. + Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members. **Why Work Here?** We offer ample room for growth and promotion within the company.
