ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct regular site inspections and building roundsCommunicates regularly and effectively with Property Managers and Tenants and the Customer. Assist Property Management with proper and efficient facility operationsEnsure all site safety work permits as defined within the Safety Program and the work orders are acknowledged and adhered toSchedule and management of service providers ensuring quality of service deliveryEnsure field installation compliance with all technical specifications and work ordersAssist with coordination and scheduled shutdowns as required to support and minimally impact tenants.Performs based building systems preventive, predictive and corrective maintenancePerforms troubleshooting of all HVAC systems including central heating and cooling plants, AHU’s, RTU’s, Supply Air Systems, Exhaust Systems, Terminal Units, VRV and/or Cooling TowersOrders supplies and spare parts, understanding repair manuals and parts catalogsOperates and monitors building automation systems for efficient use for multiple buildingsReads and interprets building drawings in digital and blueprint formatsEstablish work completion and punch lists in accordance with established Quality Control and Quality Assurance ProgramsMust maintain strict adherence to safety and quality in accordance with C&W Services EHS ProgramParticipate in site housekeeping; Completes work in accordance with C&W Services Business Systems Standard Operating Procedures and work instructionsREQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
Maintain valid driver’s licenseMinimum experience: 2-years of Field Experience, trade school or apprenticeship;Ability to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to communicate with multiple disciplines - both technical and non-technical;Advanced knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems;Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) – Metasys, Siemens, etc…Familiar with the Microsoft office suite in order to prepare reports, format spread sheets and communicates by email;Be highly focused on customer satisfaction expectationsAAP/EEO STATEMENT
