Building Relationship Manager

Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Building Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key personnel of acquired buildings to ensure the continued operation of the partnership and to secure “preferred supplier status” for internet services in the building, driving referrals to the enterprise sales team.Duties and responsibilitiesContribute to the development of initiatives with the Sales Team such as targeting specific buildings, areas, verticals or market segments. Assist to develop and deploy integrated marketing initiatives for client engagement.Identify improvements and efficiencies in performance of duties Identify key personnel (owners, administrators and building engineers as may apply) at acquired buildings and establish and build business relationships with them.Seek for referrals from key personnel at acquired buildings and provide these leads to the enterprise sales team.Escalate any concerns of key personnel at acquired buildings to the appropriate team at RISE for resolution in a timely fashion.Establish and maintain a positive reputation for RISE Secure Permits and negotiate to clear any other roadblocks for SiteOps to undertake installation and maintenance activity.Renegotiate the commercial terms of contracts for acquired buildings to decrease cost and or increase scope as may be required.Secure Permits for and provide support to Sales and Marketing activity within acquired buildings.Record all interactions with key personnel at acquired buildings in the company CRM systemPrepare summary reports for the Head of SAQ accurately, to timelines provided. Ensure activities are compliant with internal policies, including but not limited to data privacy and conflict of interest, applicable building policies, and the Laws of the Philippines. 
QualificationsBachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business or Marketing.At least two years of experience in sales and relationship management.A natural relationship builder with integrity and the ability to think critically.Quick learner, able to grasp the company’s processes, culture, and products.Hardworking with a strong work ethic, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficient in Information Technology tools such as Google Suite, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive attitude.Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under high-pressure situations.
