Your Key Responsibilities Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.) Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions Reviews and reports on project mock-ups Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.) Manages and coordinates small and large projects Prepares proposals and establish project financial budgets Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects Clients management Mentors junior staff Participates in continuing education Performs various office related tasks Your Capabilities and Credentials Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects Project management experience Ability to work in a team environment Strong customer service commitment Excellent communication and documentation skills Professional attitude Commitment to succeed Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Education and ExperienceDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in building science consultation or equivalent knowledge of building envelope systems
