Key Responsibilities: Assists in writing proposals and establishing financial budgets Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.) Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions Reviews and reports on project mock-ups Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.) Assists in small project management and coordination Assists in building condition assessments, concrete restoration, and building enclosure related projects Participates in continuing education Performs various office related tasks Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus General knowledge of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus Experience as a Building Envelope Consultant and/or Trade Expert is a plus Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects Ability to work in a team environment Strong customer service commitment Excellent communication and written skills in English Professional attitude with a strong commitment to succeed Strong work ethic Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
