Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 dependent on experience
General Summary of Position
This is a working supervisory position. This position is responsible for completing event meeting rooms, ballroom and General assembly area house furniture needs in a concise, efficient, manner which includes related paperwork and documentation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Review event documents to determine crew assignments
Prioritize event needs to evaluate crew disbursement
Maintain event documents in an orderly manner
Complete daily Job Time sheets for accounting
Plan standard maintenance projects into schedule
Inspect sets for compliance to fire rules and event demands
Attend event pre-cons/meetings as assigned
Coordinate department tasks with other building departments
Analyze Food Service involvement for equipment requirements
Maintain/Record On-call time sheets
Assist Building Services Manager in recommendations for hiring and employee relations
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
Customer Service experience, required
Two or more years of experience in supervisory/leadership role, required
Minimum High School Diploma or GED, required; some college coursework, preferred
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills among all levels of staff and clientele. Provide customer service in a professional considerate manner
Work effectively with diverse groups of people among all levels within an organization
Perform job tasks effectively, despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities
Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent record of dependability, reliability, and integrity
Ability to speak, understand, and read standard English
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, preferred
