We currently have an opportunity for a Building Services Supervisor to join our team in Perth. This role will be responsible for managing and supervising building services including renovation, alteration, extension, improvement or repair of a building being undertaken by sub-contractors is completed to required industry regulations. Working on our Social Housing contract and delivering to client KPIs and ensuring a strong service delivered.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Supervising Planned or Quoted work to vacant or tenanted properties. Supervising Technical Services delivery and Defect Works. Work Order Management, and scope validations. Investigation and reporting of incidents within client and internal timeframes required. Completion of targeted site inspections and audits on subcontractors, internal staff and processes. Effectively communicate as a key client contact to help build Client relationships in a collaborative manner.What you’ll bring
Relevant Trade License or suitable practical experience. Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA). Validation of “Scopes of Work” Supervision and monitoring of subcontractors. Managing client relationships. Experience in MS office suites, in particular Microsoft Excel, word and Outlook. Mobile devices and technology proficient ie: tablets and laptop computersMore than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
