Salary Range: $42,000 to $50,100 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable). This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

The Corporate Services Building Technician is responsible for completion of assigned work orders and the preventive maintenance of various building components. These components will include, but not limited to, HVAC, kitchen refrigeration, boilers, chillers, pumps and high voltage pump motors, as well as painting, drywall and plumbing repair. These areas directly impact Yum! associates through various aspects of daily business. With this role, the opportunities are endless. You will be engaged with the energy management system, boiler and chiller operation, restaurant equipment repair, and providing the best possible workspace. The Building Technician will report to the Facilities Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Work Order Response and Completion
Receive, respond to, and complete work order requests of all associates and log information in the work order system Work orders consist of general and light maintenance, minor painting and drywall, MEP repair, and restaurant equipment troubleshooting and repair Repairs include, but are not limited to faucets, commodes, sewer blockage, and hot/cold callPreventive Maintenance
Address all PM on air handlers, pumps, motors, and any facility equipment required Change filters, grease bearings and pulleys, change belts, water filters, and all necessary equipment Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, restaurant equipment (ovens, fryers, and steamers), ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, walk-in coolers, etc.Locksmith
Maintain all lock and key logs; document locations, users, and operation of all door locks, desk, and cabinet locks; keep accurate records for cores and keys to help maintain the integrity and security of all facility doors and locks Cut keys upon requestAssociated Duties
Basic computer use, small equipment operation, general painting Fire suppression systems, fire panels and controls Partnering with various vendors and contractors hired for repairs, remodeling, and construction, as well as vendors working on various service contractsMinimum Requirements:
High School Diploma with a minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or equivalent work in a trade discipline (i.e. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical) General knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building plumbing systems, to include Restaurant equipment, and Energy Management Systems Strong skills in communication, building systems, and preventive maintenance programs Solid decision-making skills and ability to work within a team environment Position requires availability 24/7 on a rotating basis
