RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.Preparation of material for carrying out of maintenance regimeAssist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work, piping gradient and accessibilitySafety Inspection of equipment to ensure they are in working orderServicing and maintaining of ACMV System including chilled water system, DX system, VRV system and mechanical ventilation systemCarry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance works as per scheduleAttend to customer complaints and resolve or contain the issueSubmit and compile service reports after completion of maintenance worksInspection and taking readings of metersStock taking for inventoryAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
