Job Description Summary

Responsible for providing technical support in preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E services, including ACMV systems. Duties include conducting safety inspections, servicing equipment, handling customer complaints, and ensuring proper documentation of maintenance activities.

About the Role:

Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E services, including inspections and repairs.

Service and maintain ACMV systems, including chilled water, DX, VRV, and mechanical ventilation systems.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment is in working order.

Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

Maintain records, compile service reports, and manage inventory.

About You:

Hands-on experience in servicing and troubleshooting air conditioning systems.  

Skilled in wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and minor electrical repairs.  

Capable of handling work-related transportation and on-site service support efficiently.
