What We Offer Competitive pay 2nd and 3rd shift Overtime and weekends as required Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 2+ years of applicable experience Ability to operate a forklift Effective communication, both written and verbal Strong moral and ethical standards Ability to work independently and in a team environment General working knowledge of MSHA Safety Requirements Ability to lift 26 – 50 pounds Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 70 feet What You’ll Do as a Bulk Bagger Identify proper materials to be used in packaging bulk bags Set up bulk bagger for proper weights and operating condition Produce bulk bags on required pallets or slip sheets in a neat arrangement Operate stretch-wrap machine Operate forklift as needed to move pallets or clean up hopper Perform housekeeping around work area Prepare placards with product name and lot number Collect and prepare lot composite samples for the QC lab Adhere to all QMD procedures and documentation as applicable to position and department, and as required by ISO Perform other tasks as assigned
