What you'll do as a Machine Operator

Continuous standing, walking on uneven surfaces, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing are required.Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including wet, humid, cold, or hot environments.Frequent exposure to loud noise and traffic in the work area.Willingness to work overtime based on workload demands.

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

Previous construction machine operator experience is required.Experience with backhoes and/or mini excavators is a plus.Experience in construction or utility distribution industries (Communication).3+ years of experience operating excavation equipment in the utility industry.Read standards and schematics, with strong technical thinking skills.Lift and/or move 50 pounds.
