Job Description

  

Summary:

Loads / unloads units on/from Burn-In Boards, modify BI board(s) with jumpers, resistors, etc. and also performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following:

-     Loads / unloads units on/from burn-in boards.

-     Counts verification of incoming / outgoing DOP’s.

-     Modify burn-in boards with jumpers, resistors, etc.by using hand tools such as plier, cutter.

-     Moves on-line travelers through the Qpase system.

-     Places BIB hardware back in storage area per BI Board number on boards.

-     Soldering program card(s) and performing burn-in board continuity test.

-     Files BI Board test summaries and program cards.

-     Closely follow up the prioritized workload list (provided by supervisor) to make job done on time.

-     Maintains a clean work area.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

High school education; or up to 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Electronics knowledge is an optional.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction and ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group.

Mathematical Skills:

Basic Math is required. Also having ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.  Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Salary Range:

$49,830.00-$66,550.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
