Burn Table Operator

Job Information:  Permanent position (multiple openings due to sustained growth) Hours: 1st shift = 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Monday - Friday. $20 - $22 per hour. Location: Bridgewater (immediate hire – steel fabrication shop)
Burn Table Operator Responsibilities: Operates burn table machinery and other CNC plasma cutting equipment to complete customer orders per work orders, drawings, etc., and in accordance with the company-wide QC program. *Must know how to read and interrupt blueprints and diagrams* Sets up machine Communicates with foreman to ensure a complete understanding of all information. Performs PM’s on burn table equipment Minimizes down time Performs Quality Checks on products Uses basic measuring tools Completes documentation Participates in cleaning activities as time allows. Reports problems or quality concerns to supervisor immediately.
Burn Table Operator Requirements: High school diploma or GED is preferred Must have prior Burn Table or CNC Plasma experience Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams  Basic reading and math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing) Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Experience in a  steel fabrication shop or similarly related factory or is needed.
