Find out more at www.TransdevNA.com or watch an overview video at https://youtu.be/ilO5cv0G4mQ    Transdev is now hiring at:KCI Rental Car Shuttle – Bus Attendant/Customer Service Rep Job Summary:The Bus Attendant/Customer Service Rep (CSR) provides friendly and cheerful assistance to passengers with directions, information and assistance with luggage, mobility devices, etc. The CSR also assists the Supervisor in dispatching buses and coordination of operational matters. Essential FunctionsDesire to be safe and work safely.Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor at all times.Attend to the guests needs at the bus.Effectively communicate, in the English language, orally and in writingWilling to work shift hours and days as assigned in this 24/7/365 operation.Will work while standing in hot, cold, windy and humid environments.The ability to monitor and operate a 2-way radio, in a somewhat noisy environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Be at the bus, attending to the boarding (and alighting) of guests.Provide assistance to passengers with luggage in boarding and alighting the Buses.Notification to supervisor of passenger’s concerns, complaints or problems.Greet every passenger and answer questions courteously.Assist in the boarding/alighting of passengers with mobility devices.Assist wheelchair passengers to the rental car counters, as needed.Dispatch buses from the RAC or terminal in a timely manner.Provide Carts to alighting RAC guests when necessary.Provide Supervisor with assistance, as required in lost and found procedures.Assist in keeping the work and passenger areas in safe, neat and clean conditions.Other duties as assigned or requested by Supervisor and/or Management.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for the entire shift (8 to 10 hours) on concrete surfaces.Ability to work in a hot, cold and/or humid environment, in or out of doors.Lift baggage on/off the bus(es) up to 80 lbs. in weightPush/Pull luggage carts in the Customer Service Facility and retrieve them lots, lobby and busing area.Ability to safely assist in maneuvering mobility devices on/off the bus and to the Rental Car Customer Service Counters
