Bus Driver (Oil Field)
ROLE STATEMENT:
The Bus Driver will be a member of the Fracturing Department responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation to Calfrac employees from the District Offices/Shops to employee hotels as well as pick up and drop off from field locations.   JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Transport Calfrac employees to and from job site using specified routes Monitor unit to ensure proper Maintenance Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment Policies & Procedures Additional pick up/drop off of additional equipment and parts at various locations   COMPENSATION: Competitive Hourly Rate plus Overtime ($22-$28/hour pending experience) Hourly Premium provided for Local employees Free company housing and travel expense reimbursement for Non-Local employees Health and Dental Benefits, Paid Vacation Days, 401K Matching Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided Paid Training   SCHEDULE: 6 days on, 3 days off Open to local and non-local candidates Schedule alternates between days and nights   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement and satisfactory record required Rural and city bus driving experience  Previous industry related experience preferred ​High school diploma or equivalent     EXTENSIVE TRAINING: Every new hire attends Orientation and Training School (OaTS) Information is provided about Calfrac’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures Opportunities for career advancement through CERT program Obtain all required Safety Tickets Hands on training   WHY CALFRAC?
