Description:
ATCO Frontec is seeking a Bus Driver to join our Camp Services team in Northern British Columbia. The Bus Driver is responsible for providing transportation to and from site for staff, clients and visitors as required.
The rate for this position is $22.00 an hour. Rates may be subject to change.
Responsibilities:
Drive shuttle vehicle to and from designated pick up point and site Assures safe, convenient, courteous, expeditious transportation for all passengers Maintains and cleans the vehicle to ensure it is presentable for passengers Ensures maintenance log on vehicle is kept up to date and accurate Ensures vehicle is running efficiently and reports any mechanical deficiencies and follows up with appropriate repairs Assists with luggage to and from vehicle Provides excellent customer service and a friendly approach Complies with corporate and regulatory safety and vehicle maintenance Organizes all transportation requirements Any other duties/transportation requirements as needed Other miscellaneous duties such as light maintenance and cleaning, as required.Qualifications
Valid Class 5 Driver’s license Current Driver’s Abstract Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent service attitude and customer service skills Clear and effective oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and direct tasks in a fast paced environment Professionalism, tactfulness, articulate, and punctual 5 years driving experience Industry experience is preferredWhy join our team:
