Responsibilities:

Drive transit buses or vehicles in a safe, courteous, and reliable mannerPerform pre/post trip vehicle inspectionsAssist passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and properly secure wheelchairs and scootersNotify dispatch of deviations, overload, accidents, passenger incidents, medical/behavioral problems, or bus mechanical/electrical troubleComplete and submit written reports concerning passengers and all accidentsOperate on-board computer fare boxes and destination signs.

Requirements:

21 years or olderValid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 yearsExcellent communication & customer service skillsAvailability to work shifts - days and nightsSubject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
