The Account Analyst will provide key insights and trends to ensure continued customer success. Attending regular meetings with the customers, ad-hoc reports, analyzing data and providing insights. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Analyze customer account data to identify trends, uncover issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver high-quality service. Provide data-driven insights into client account performance, usage patterns, and compliance. Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations for quarterly business reviews, with key trends and action item progress. Liaise between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Participate in regional operations and program calls, sharing feedback and recommendations. Provides ROI analysis and recommendations in cooperation with Department Heads. Tracks and monitors execution in timeliness of work orders, asset spend, and performance trends. Providing color and analysis on monthly variances. Partners with Accounting team for month-end review of SG&A expenses, top customer revenue reporting, and COGs data for alignment with plan and forecast as well as reporting through Adaptive. Creates and maintains department reports, presentations, and graphs for both internal and external usage. Provides ad hoc support for special projects and data requests. Help maintain accurate data. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS Education / Training AS degree o higher in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics preferred. 4 years proven practical work experience in lieu of degree. Work Experience / Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail in note-taking and tracking action items. Collaborative team player with experience in managing client relationships. Ability to operate in a fast-paced private-equity owned environment. Ability to use judgement and insight to make judgement calls on forecasting and transactional information. Excellent communication skills both written and oral with great attention to detail Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws. Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc. Advanced Excel Skills, PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
