Posting Number: S06120P Department: Callier Ctr Communication Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Dallas Job Description: The Callier Center Business Administrator assists the Callier Center Director of Business Operations in overseeing business processes and internal controls related to the department’s administrative functions. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day business office operations, including but not limited to personnel management, time and labor administration, procurement, cost centers, and One Cards. Additionally, the Business Administrator serves as a key liaison between the business department and clinic support personnel, ensuring effective communication and coordination. The role also includes supervising and training administrative staff as needed to maintain high performance and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree; and + Three to five years of experience performing administrative duties with two of these years in a position with unit-wide scope; and + One to three years of supervisory experience; and + One to three years administrative experience in higher education. + An equivalent level of relevant education and experience may be considered.
