Job Description Support Business Development/Capture activities, both pre-proposal and active bid support  Support technical and administrative writing needs by drafting, editing, and reviewing documentation such as reports, communications, SOPs, and marketing materials  Review and submit contract invoices and contract modifications  Provide meeting facilitation support as requested, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and drafting meeting minutes for distribution  Conduct research and deliver briefings in support of various back-office and client-facing projects and initiatives  Conduct competitive analysis and market research tied opportunity assessments and technical initiatives  Support project and task management, monitoring progress and providing updates as requested  Support process improvement initiatives by providing objective perspectives and feedback and recommending possible solutions  Participate in projects as an entry-level supporting consultant We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 3 years of professional experience  Bachelors Degree or higher (2 or more years of experience can substitute degree requirements)  Demonstrated proficiency with common productivity software such as Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong time management skills and attention to detail  Self-starter and quick learner with the initiative and ability to work independently and develop new skills This position will pay between $33/hr ($70K annually) and $46/hr ($95K annually) depending on experience and qualifications. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
