Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will support our operations using Salesforce and SAP.The work model for the role is hybrid minimum 2-3 days per week. #LI-HybridRelocation assistance not eligible for this role.We are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Houston, TX.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tManage and process invoices using Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.•\tDevelop and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.•\tHandle order entry tasks, including verifying order details, processing orders, and coordinating with relevant departments.•\tMaintain and update customer and transaction data in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.•\tGenerate and analyze reports on sales, invoices, and order statuses to support decision-making processes.•\tProvide support to customers and internal teams regarding invoice, con-tract, and order-related inquiries.•\tIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoice processing, contract creation, and order entry.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tAssociate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field. \tMinimum of 2 years of experience in administration, accounting, finance or related field\tExperience with ERP systems; Salesforce and SAP preferred, including data management, reporting, and process automation.\tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.\tStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.\tAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\tAbility to work well with others and collaborate towards meeting common team goals\tStrong knowledge of field services processes and accounting practices preferred\tKnowledge of gas measurement and analytical products preferred\tDomestic travel may be required for training purposes about 1-2 weeks per year\tCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
