Procurement Management in Support of the Program

Create and submit procurement documentation for program requirementsManage cost actuals and proper funding on Procurement RequestsReview and approve procurement and services invoicesManage the Program card as the primary purchaser for program requirementsManage the Program card SharePoint site.Assist in preparing and reconciling Contractor Acquired Property in accordance with policyBack up to receiving material in the procurement systems, and physically accepting the material

Vendor Management

Primary point of contact with vendorsManage and maintain vendor purchase ordersReview, negotiate and maintain vendor contracts yearly

Facilities Management

Update slides and brief customer on facility related events and activitiesBack up for smaller day-to-day facilities requestsHandle complex requests involving multiple vendors or larger repairs/modifications Point of contact for program for facility related projects.Primary building point of contact with the landlordManage facilities budgetsManage facilities SharePoint site.

Overall

Must have excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, be organized and focus on attention to detail.Coordinate and schedule various events to improve the program experienceBriefed as an official escort for uncleared visitors such as vendors for repairs etc.Other duties as assigned in support of the facility, program, and employee events

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
