Main Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Country Project Lead to:
Ensure business Go Live Readiness and successful adoption of the new way of working.
Inform and engage key influencers in the business to gain their active support for the project.
Be the face of business adoption and readiness activities.
Mobilize managers and Subject Matter Experts of receiving teams to complete readiness activities.
Drive progress and engage appropriate leader for issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Lead to ensure overall project success.
2. Lead Business Adoption team (Change Leadership, Training, Role to Position Mapping, and Communications) to plan and execute BA activities following EBS Business Adoption approach including but not limited to:
Deployment Business Adoption approach and plan
Review and approval of communications, messages, audiences and delivery channels.
Stakeholder analysis and engagement activities (leader interviews, pulse surveys)
Recruitment of Lead Users, Site Captains and Regional Readiness Leads to drive readiness activities locally.
Change risk assessment (change impact collection, 9-box priority matrix, change heat map, Go/No Go checklist)
Preparation and execution of Business Readiness Alignment meeting (BRAM), Readiness Reviews (RRs), T-X calls, Go/No Go meeting.
Change Leadership training for Managers of Impacted Teams
Security role mapping to impacted associates (R2PM)
Successful execution of training, practice sessions and Day in the Life assessments
Collection of operational KPIs from impacted businesses to assess pre-go live health and monitor post-go live productivity.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working cross-functionally with key business leaders.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of ERP Business Adoption tactics and processes.
Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Previous experience working in an ETS (IT) environment, preferably in SAP.
Proactive, organized, able to multitask between various projects at one time and able to complete tasks within short timeframes.
Strong process orientation, project leadership capability and precise attention to detail
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
