Short Description

We strengthen our team in corporate units (Z), Domain Finance/Controlling/IT, within Area of Analytics and Prediction.

This role includes jobs primarily concerned with Strategic and operational controlling, cost analysis of operative processes and investments and the related management reporting, for a range of regional, functional organization units.

Your tasks: Define & implement standards for reporting & analysis of Corporate Units (Domains & Service Center, Business development, Holdings) Key interface between Reporting Units and Hub Controllers Review KPIs and provide information to the Domains and Service Centers Supporting month end closing activities for Global Domain HUBs Present results to managers and Hub Controllers Support Financial Analysis team to follow ZF Digitalization strategy and enhance digitalized processes Act as interface and translate between business needs and information technology capabilities Ensure knowledge transfer to end user in Z, by providing sufficient online/offline trainings Support in management centered preparation, visualization and reporting of financial / non-financial information Profile: Complete higher education in Accounting/Finance At least 3 years professional experience with focus on Business analytics, system design, IT project Conceptional and target focused working style connected with very good analytical competencies Very good IT knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), PowerBI, Microsoft PowerApps SAP Knowledge (BW, SAC) Reliability and capacity for teamwork Distinct communication abilities in international environments (English) High Flexibility, robustness and interest on new challenges Conditions of Employment Employment under a contract of employment; Possibility of hybrid work; Work on an independent position in an international team; Private medical care; MY BENEFIT package - the possibility of using a sports card, cinema and theater tickets, discounts on goods and services; A friendly working atmosphere and mutual support
