As a business analysis manager on the CFP&A team you will work you will be responsible for reshaping key consolidations processes and delivering key forward looking financial deliverables. As a part of this dynamic team, you will be leading consolidated company quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget along with supporting earnings leadership deliverables. This team works with business unit finance groups, corporate accounting, treasury and investor relations.

 

As a business analysis manager, you will…

Lead quarterly forecast process: Lead the consolidation and storytelling process for total company. Partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling materials for presentation to the CFO, and use insights and analysis to inform R&Os and other strategic decision making. Drive Financial Transformation: Play a key role in developing and implementing innovative financial systems and processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide on-demand financial insights and strategic support to the CFO on special projects, ad hoc requests, and high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely, data-driven decision-making. Drive collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships across finance, driving alignment and supporting leadership deliverables. Contribute to Dynamic Team Environment: Work alongside an energetic, collaborative team, contributing to a culture of fun, innovation, and teamwork.

 

We’d love to hear from people with:

Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning, 7 years Applicable industry experience, 5 years Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, 5 years Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers, 5 years Project management experience, 5 years Working knowledge of Essbase / Hyperion preferred

 

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment Advanced financial modeling skills Working knowledge of financial and management accounting principles

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
