Our client, a leader in the Information Services sector, is seeking a Business Analysis Senior Manager to join their team. As a Business Analysis Senior Manager, you will be part of the Information Services Group supporting the Robotics and Automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Create Business and Function Requirements to drive project success.
+ Lead and manage client deliverables and oversee the Book of Work.
+ Provide direction and technical leadership on complex, high-impact projects.
+ Engage in data modeling, mapping, mining, and transformation tasks.
+ Collaborate closely with IT, PM, and Operations partners to ensure seamless project execution.
**What's Needed?**
+ 6-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on high-quality work.
+ Strong analytical and writing skills, including experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
+ Understanding of data models and business process reengineering concepts.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
