We are seeking a Business Analyst in JCI SSC team (Strategic Supply Chain), to drive AIS (Amazon Inbound Service) business growth.
This unique role will focus on leading data analysis, reporting and process automation in core AIS business and newly launching inbound services/features such as pick-up service, pricing model changes etc.

This role will deliver critical business insights for AIS sales/business strategy development, inventing new products, productivity improvement and so on. Expected to play a key role to help the team to make data driven decision, partnering with multiple stakeholders across different teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports/dashboards
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Identify processes to automate and scale ad-hoc requests and analyses
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
- Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs
