As a APAC Business Analyst , you will be responsible for leveraging sales data to provide insights that manage sales pipeline and drive growth in the APAC region. This position plays key role in translating complex data sets into actionable insights for our sales and leadership teams.
Location: Seoul,South Korea
What you’ll do
+ Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
+ Design and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key sales metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, win rates, deal size).
+ Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales funnel.
+ Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
+ Partner with sales leadership and sales reps to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies and tactics.
+ Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings, business needs, and solutions to stakeholders across the organization.

What you’ll need
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
+ 4-6 years of experience in sales analytics, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
+ Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, sales methodologies (e.g., B2B sales, medical sales) and the healthcare sales cycle.
+ Proven experience in utilizing SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
+ Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
