Job Description: Business Analyst, Asset Management Group

Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for a Business Analyst, Asset Management Group to join its world class team.  This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies. The position is responsible for the operation of a fleet of fuel cells owned by Bloom and its partners which produces electricity for host-off takers. This analyst position will require work with peers in, finance/accounting, sales, and field/customer services in a dynamic start-up environment. The successful candidate will possess flexibility, analytical skills, and the ability to deal with occasional periods of heavy workload.

This role will report to Client Delivery Executive and will be based in San Jose, California.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities:

Monitor performance of fuel cells and generate daily/monthly/quarterly fleet performance report for management and external stakeholders Review and reconcile reports, transactions by comparing and correcting data Create tracking metrics and reports including but not limited to quarterly forecasts and quarterly operating reports among others in compliance with contractual terms Manage day-to-day operation to support business operations for several LLCs Manage internal cross-functional communications Analyze process improvement opportunities such as developing automated reporting templates/ applications Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing ad hoc work as needed

Skills and Experience:

0 to 2 years of experience in a business analyst or technical role building and maintaining complex financial models. Education: BA/ BS preferred in Business, Economics, Engineering or FinanceResponsible, reliable, proactive, self-starter, and independent. Comfortable with fast-paced environment.Solid communication skills. Must be able to articulate and communicate complex data information or issues to executives, external stakeholders, and internal team members. Required:Outstanding analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.Advanced in Microsoft Excel in addition to working level knowledge of other MS Office products such as Word and PowerPoint.

Salary Ranges:$68,900.00 - $99,100.00
