About the Business Analyst- Communication Specialist Role:
Under the direction of the Enterprise Applications Business Operations Lead, the Business Analyst plays a crucial role in assisting the College in implementing enterprise technology solutions. The Communications Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between senior leadership and the organization, ensuring data-driven insights shape executive messaging and strategies. This role combines expertise in business analysis, strategic thinking, and communication to craft impactful executive communications that resonate with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate complex business data into clear, compelling narratives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related fieldExperience/Skills
5-7 years of experience in business analysis, internal communications, or a related role Experience working with senior leaders in a corporate or enterprise environment is preferredSkills sought in a successful candidate include:
