How will you make an impact in this role?

This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end ICS performance management processes with an emphasis on Sales Performance related activities for the ICS Commercial ANZ business. It plays a key role in setting metrics that encourage and motivate the highest levels of performance while ensuring clear alignment between the interests of our colleagues and company. It provides thought leadership, analysis and insights to help drive long term profitable growth.

Key Accountabilities includes: Develop a detailed understanding of profitability levers, customer behavioral drivers and performance measurements, and generate insights to support the market growth Owns and implements the Business Performance process, including performance reporting and management of monthly dashboards for Sales team Provides key insights through analysis of data to identify areas of opportunity and risk. Support long range planning (LRP) process in relation to growth, investments/CBA development (A&P, SQP, OPEX) and productivity efficiency modelling. Be responsible for and provides support to enable sound investment decisions are made and delivery of key targets are met. Skills & Qualifications: Creative, analytical and results driven, with a demonstrated ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations. Effective written & verbal communication, presentation and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Strong stakeholder management experience with a proven track record to build and leverage relationships. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills. A team-first collaborative attitude is essential. Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently. Business degree or equivalent. Masters preferred.
