About the Business Analyst, Digital Identity Role:
Under the general direction of the Product Owner for Digital Identity, the Business Analyst, Digital Identity, plays a critical role in supporting Humber's transformation of identity and access management solutions. The Digital Identity portfolio at Humber encompasses centralized identity management, access and authorization, user lifecycle management, and the integration of key enterprise systems including Microsoft Entra ID, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.
Key responsibilities include:
Requirements Gathering: Engaging with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for digital identity initiatives. Collaborate to help advance portfolio requirements.Business Process Analysis: Analyzing existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Support current and future state analysis documentation.Documentation: Developing requirement specifications, process models, and project backlog items to effectively communicate business needs to technical teams. Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across different portfolio streams to ensure alignment of digital identity initiatives.Solution Assessment: Evaluating proposed solutions to ensure they align with business requirements and objectives.Gap Analysis: Identifying gaps between current and desired processes, and proposing effective solutions to address those gaps.Feasibility Studies: Assessing the viability and feasibility of proposed solutions in partnership with technical teams.Change Management: Supporting change management efforts related to the implementation of new identity solutions and technology improvements.Business Case Development: Assisting in the development of business cases to prioritize work at both the portfolio and team levelFind Your Spot at Humber
