We are seeking a System Support Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience working with large datasets and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both operational and technical teams. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting management data to inform operational decisions, support strategic planning, and enhance business performance. Key responsibilities include interpreting trends, identifying variances, enhancing data modeling techniques, providing actionable feedback, executing test cases, and contributing innovative solutions in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: + Analyze data using prescribed guidelines and policies to identify actionable insights. + Work closely with operational teams to provide feedback to technical and development teams. + Create and execute test cases in user acceptance testing (UAT) environments. + Develop and run reports, ensuring accurate presentation of data and information. + Collaborate with diverse internal and external teams to achieve objectives. + Collect and document requirements from internal customers with precision. + Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment. **Qualifications:** + Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent experience. + Experience: 2-4 years of experience working with large datasets and data analysis. + Proficiency in PC-based applications, including: + Moderate to advanced Windows 10/11 knowledge + MS Access + Advanced MS Excel (formulas, v-lookups, sorting, pivot tables, macros) + Moderate to Advanced experience with Google Workspace + Working knowledge of SQL queries and process automation tools. **Preferred Skills:** + Knowledge of ETL software (EasyMorph, Alteryx) and Python is a plus. + Experience with PC and barcode scanning hardware is advantageous. + Familiarity with process automation and technical challenges. + Innovative mindset with flexibility to adapt to shifting business goals. **Attributes:** + Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting abilities. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Team player capable of working seamlessly in collaborative environments. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in dynamic conditions.
