About the Business Analyst- Personalization Lead Role:

To support continued platform development and site migration, the DXP team is seeking a Business Analyst - Personalization Lead. This position will play a vital role in supporting the DXP solution by supporting tailoring and personalization of delivered web content to support desired user journeys and experiences. The personalization lead will play an active role in guiding the direction of personalization of Humber web properties, including the identification of personalization opportunities, design and development of campaigns and experiments, analysis of experiment results and on-going optimization of delivered experiences.

The personalization lead is responsible for guiding and directing all efforts at adapting, tailoring and personalizing web content for Humber audiences. They consult with departments and groups within Humber to identify objectives and desired outcomes. The personalization lead supports the analysis and evaluation of existing web experiences and journeys, and identifies opportunities to refine and tailor the delivered web experience to different audiences and segments within the Humber community. They are responsible for defining, designing, testing and evaluating tailoring and personalization experiences in order to continue to refine the relevance of Humber web content.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Lead all web tailoring and personalization efforts and ensuring that delivered web content is relevant and appropriate for target audiencesOversee the effectiveness of all tailoring and personalization web interactions in delivering optimal experiences, supporting meaningful calls to action and optimizing conversion ratesSupport the definition and elaboration of user journeys and desired experiences within digital interactionsConsult with groups across Humber in defining desired experience and journey outcomes and identifying opportunities for tailoring and adaptation of web contentIdentify and formally define experiments to evaluate and test how the delivered web experience can be further refined and optimizedGuide the analysis and review of experimentation results and using the results to further optimize personalization campaignsSupport and guide client groups in understanding and interpreting experiment results and providing data-driven insights into effective tailoring and personalization approachesSupport and consult with client groups in identifying further tailoring and personalization opportunities

A degree in a Business or Technology discipline

Experience/Skills
