In this role, you will be managing all activities related to Purchase Order Administration and Management for the client in the Aviation Industry.
Responsibilities
· Download and sort daily Goods report
· Preparation and forwarding of RFQ
· Create a Purchase Orders
· Manage the Tracker
· Deal with urgent PO requirements
· Amend the PO as necessary/ as per request
· Cancellation of PO
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills· Experience with PO management and supply chain management
· Experience with internation PO transactions
· Knowledge on Aviation industry
· Ability to work and deliver without supervision
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· Aerospace Degree/ experience
