Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Insulet ServiceNow Business Analyst will work with internal Business Service owners, Application Owners, and the ServiceNow team to outline requirements, develop solutions, and convert them into agile epics and stories with acceptance and testing criteria. This position will ensure the technical viability of solutions, pinpoint opportunities to minimize implementation eLorts, and finalize solutions. Additionally, this role will update stakeholders on progress and support training, testing, and change management activities.Key Responsibilities:Meet with stakeholders to define and document ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and organizational objectivesOwn the relationship with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business process and data requirementsAnalyze patterns of business activity to understand demand levels for stakeholder requestsEnsure business requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specificationsRespond to ServiceNow service issues, and administration requestsCreate quality content and documentation for workflows, services, user guides, testing, training, and self-serviceRepresent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release phasesWork with the platform team to develop release estimatesCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications:3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst for IT applications, services, and/or systems3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow or similar management platformStrong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in MS O365 SuiteAbility to create Workflow and Swim Lane documentationUnderstanding of ITIL frameworks – Service management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release ManagementExperience managing relationships, operating procedures, and service level agreements with clients and coworkersExperience in test plan creation and executionExperience implementing systems using Agile methodologiesExperience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures, and technical standardsAdministration of a ServiceNow instance, including groups, roles, notifications, etc.
