Job Responsibilities:
The BA will be responsible for the support of various Judiciary applications. The analyst will be expected to monitor the helpdesk, accept helpdesk tickets, analyze the problem reported and assist the user with a resolution in a timely manner. The analyst will be expected to document the issue and resolution, test the application to replicate the issues reported and be able to understand Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents, User Stories, Test Scripts and any other related documentation. The BA will be expected to work in fast paced projects and will be expected to be organized, multitask, take initiatives and be customer friendly.Skills required:
Experience with Business Analysis, Software Testing and Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support. Knowledge of various documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Test Scripts etc. Ability to analyze complex business processes, work flows and assist the user with the issue and resolution. Good communication skills required. 4 year college degree or equivalent study required.Experience required: 5-8 Years
