YOUR PURPOSE Lennar is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Analyst with a unique combination of business analysis and product management skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and product management, ensuring that our solutions align with strategic goals and customer requirements. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements and specifications. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the strategic vision of the organization. • Prioritize feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer feedback. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to create user-friendly and innovative product solutions. • Facilitate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide updates on project progress. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and product functionality. • Create detailed business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and other documentation as needed. • Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance. • Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects. • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions to meet business requirements. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered products meet stakeholder expectations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience in business analysis and product management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools. • Business analysis and product management certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
